Pricing

Pet Quality: All rabbits are available as pets providing they have no aggressive behaviours such as biting or scratching.  Sold solely as a companion or family pet and are not intended for breeding.
~ $35 and up, pedigree not included ~

* we recommend that all rabbits sold as pets be spayed or neutered


Breeding Quality: Rabbits that are either done their show career or breeding stock that we feel have the potential to produce some fancy babies making them valuable to any breeding program!
~ $45 and up, pedigree included ~

* we cannot guarantee that breeding stock will produce offspring, even when proven


Show Quality: Rabbits that I feel have the type to do well on the show table and conform to the ARBA Standard of Perfection. All show quality rabbits are deemed free from any known faults or disqualifications at the time of sale.

* we cannot guarantee that any rabbit sold as show quality will win on the show table



Holding

Rabbits can be held on your behalf for a maximum of 2 weeks at no extra charge!

We understand that transportation cannot always be arranged within two weeks and we would like to offer the opportunity to extend you rabbit(s) stay. All we ask in return is to help cover the costs of feed and extras needed for their care. This may prove an advantage if selected breeding or show quality stock comes available and you would like to arrange transportation at a later date.

Polish Rabbits - $0.25 per day
French Lops - $0.50 per day

* held rabbits are still considered property of Petit Lapin Rabbitry until they have been paid in full!



Pickup & Delivery

Delivery is not available at this time, sold rabbits are for pre-arranged pickup only!

Pickup of your rabbit(s) must be completed within 2 weeks unless other arrangements have been made! If we have not heard from you within that time we will place the rabbit back up for sale.



Shipping

Shipping is not available at this time, however feel free to contact us about transport.
Often times we may be able to help find a ride through friends or rabbit shows we attend.



Included with Your Purchase

- rabbit care guide, complete with basic info on feeding, breeding and general care
- starter supply of rabbit food
- free pedigree replacement for as long as you own your rabbit
- free home relocation for as long as you own your rabbit.

* As breeders we take full responsibility for the rabbits we raise, buy and sell whether for pets, breeding or show. We like to make sure our rabbits receive the best of care and want to do our part not to contribute to rabbits ending up in shelters. We understand that under some circumstances such as health, allergies or unexpected moves in which you can no longer provide a home for your rabbit(s), we will take it back at no charge to you. We do not buy back rabbits that we have sold but would be happy to help find a new home for your rabbit(s).



After the Purchase of Your Rabbit

- we recommend a thorough examination by your veterinarian within 7 days
- we also recommend that all rabbits sold as pets be spayed or neutered
- newly purchased rabbits should be quarantined for 14 days before introducing them to other rabbits, unless otherwise stated by your veterinarian.



Health Guarantee

We guarantee all rabbits to be 100% healthy at the time of the sale. That being said, as we have no way of knowing how animals are treated once they leave our care (or what they may be exposed to), we are not responsible for illnesses or injuries that occur once the rabbit leaves our possession.  We will replace your rabbit if it has died or become ill within the first 14 days of ownership, providing the death or illness can be traced back to our rabbitry. We will also replace any rabbits that have been improperly sexed, sold as a buck turned out to be a doe, vice versa. Replacement rabbits will be of equal sex, age and color. If there is not another replacement at that time, there may be a wait until another of equal value is available.

* confirmation regarding illness and death must be made from a veterinarian before replacement rabbits are given and under no circumstances do we reimburse for veterinary bills.

This Guarantee will be void if:

- improper feeding, not following feeding instructions given
- health concerns that are not addressed within the first 14 days after purchase
- the rabbit was not quarantined from other rabbits for at least 14 days
 - any evidence of neglect, injury or abuse
